      Partially rescues the imaginal disc and brain tumour phenotypes of hemizygous dlg17 males when expressed using Scer\GAL4da.G32, resulting in viable adults in some cases when the flies contain two copies of Rnor\SAP97Scer\UAS.cTa. Hemizygous dlg12 or dlg15 males are partially rescued by one copy of Rnor\SAP97Scer\UAS.cTa expressed using Scer\GAL4da.G32. The neuromuscular junction presynaptic phenotype but not the tumour phenotype of hemizygous dlg17 males is rescued when Rnor\SAP97Scer\UAS.cTa is expressed using Scer\GAL4elav.PLu.
      Rescues the increased number of active zones seen in hemizygous dlg17 type I boutons if targeted to both pre- and postsynaptic cells using Scer\GAL4unspecified.
