Phenotypic Data

| In combination with other aberrations | |||
| NOT in combination with other aberrations | Does not cause unconditional lethality in hybrid females when heterozygous with D.simulans chromosome. Dominantly causes tergite defects in less than 50% of run3 heterozygotes. Hemizygous embryos were examined with polarised light microscopy and antibody staining and found to have wild type muscle pattern and contraction. Heterozygous females exhibit reduced viability and fertility. Intermediate second site non-complementing phenotype with zipEbr and zipmhc-c6.1: malformed phenotype penetrance 25-75%. Midgut development of mutant embryos is wild type. Shows no maternal enhancement of dpphr4. | ||
